The majority of our training is done via telephone, where our computer connects to your computer over the internet, so both you and our trainer can see what is on your screen. At the same time our trainer will be talking with you on the telephone to guide you through the process.

We can then show you how to perform tasks by controlling your mouse and keyboard, or watch and assist you in completing the steps. The lessons can be scheduled in several one to two-hour sessions so that you receive the training you need when you need it, instead of training you in advance and hoping you remember what you learned.

The Internet is an excellent training tool, but we don't get to see you face-to-face. If you desire, we can travel to your office and train you on-site, and we do this for many of our clients around the world.
